Hello fellow heathens. It has been a while since we have updated our blog but we are all getting back in the swing of things after a very busy holiday season. Its time for Spring and Summer events and we have lots planned. But first, we have a few announcements for you.
NEWS ABOUT EVENTS
There is now an app you can download to keep up with all of the South Texas Atheists for Reason events, we are honored to be added to the UnitedCor events app. Take a moment and download it now and never be without knowing what is going on with the latest events. We are posting all of our events as soon as we can and giving as much detail as possible so you can plan your week and month ahead. We hope this will mean more of you can attend!
We are also going to add a few new things like Coffee night and Ladies Night. If you have an idea for a different type of event, please let us know on our Facebook Group or page and we can discuss with the board.
We are part of several programs in the San Antonio Community. Our newest Director of Programs is Stephanie Bartlett. She is doing a great job getting everything scheduled and keeping everyone motivated for the next events. If there are any questions about our programs, please feel free to reach out to her at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can check out more about our programs on the Get Involved on the website. Each program has its own page and describes in detail what we do. If there is one or more program that you are interested in getting involved with, please let us know and we will be happy to discuss it more with you or answer any questions.
Learn more about our social events and let us know if you want to get involved with this year’s planning. We have a great Atheist Easter planned and many more summer events!
We look forward to a great year ahead and hope to meet some new faces and families. For those who are a little shy or introverted, we get it. Really, we do. If you would rather meet 1 on 1, just send us a note and we can set up a time to get together and answer your questions.
